Kip Pahl came to the Village in 2016 to take a job as the Street Department Superintendent and was promoted to the Public Works Superintendent in 2018. Kip’s previous work experience was with the Ohio Department of Transportation and the construction industry. Kip, his wife and two children reside in Edgerton. He is proud to serve his community.

Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Village Administrator, the Public Works Superintendent is responsible for directing and overseeing all Public Works Department functions such as, but not limited to; water works, waste water plant, or other similar public utilities, roads, sidewalks, storm water management, right-of-ways permitting and inspections, parks, public buildings, and capital improvement projects. In addition the position is responsible for overseeing snow removal and fleet vehicle maintenance.
