Resolution No 2025-007: This resolution authorizes the real estate purchase agreement of 2 parcels, 31 acres of tillable ground that is surrounding our lagoons off of County Road 5, at $11,000 an acre. The title will be handled through Northwest Title Co and we will honor the current farm lease contract with Everetts Family Farms, LLC. Our solicitor as well as the trusts attorneys have worked together on this. This is a huge opportunity for the Village and we thank the Don Unger family for allowing us the ability to expand in the future if necessary.
