- Oak Street paving project is looking very good and coming along well

- Dawn joined the meeting via phone and will share later on in the meeting.
Fiscal Officer Update by Denise Knecht:
- Administrative Subpoenas were mailed out by RITA (Regional Income Tax Agency) to our non-filers for previous tax years. If council members receive any questions, comments or concerns from residents please refer them to the office to Amanda, Yvonne or Denise. We will direct them to the proper RITA contact to assist.

Dedication Plat of Stadium Drive Ordinance: The original plans for Alphine subdivision includes a road extending from Dairy Dr to State Route 49. The planning commission has approved the dedication of this plat for Village purposes. It will eventually include sidewalks in mid to late 2025. This is the 2nd reading.

OPWC Resolution- County Road 5 project: Village Administrator Fitzcharles explained that this resolution is for the County Road 5 Paving Project that we would like to submit to OPWC that will be completed in cooperation with the Board of Williams County Commissioners as well as St Joseph Township Trustees. Williams County Commissioners will be the lead applicant. We request for Council to approve the cooperative agreement and our portion of allocated costs. We will apply for 48% through the grant funding which would leave 52% local share to be split 50/50 between St Joe Township and the Village of Edgerton. Currently the estimate is anticipated to be around $23,820 for the Village and the same for St Joe Township Trustees.
