Beilharz professional services agreement: We were awarded the grant funding from the State’s capital budget in July for the construction of a new community center. We have set up the fund and received the funding from the Ohio Budget Management office. We are now ready to move forward with a design bid and construction administration contract. This group has worked with capital projects in the area in the past. Beilharz is responsible for the conceptual design that was used to submit to the grant. The goal is to have the current facility down by the end of December 2024 and then to complete the new project completed by May of 2025.
