New Business: The only new business on hand is to appoint a Village Council representative to the board of Cemetery Trustees. Bob Day mentioned that Chuck Wallace showed interest in the appointment.

Per Charles Butler’s instruction, we took a paper vote from each of the nine joint members. The count was Dean Thiel with 7 votes and Chuck Wallace with 2. After the tabulation a motion was made to appoint Dean Thiel to the board seat.

Cemetery Clerk Julie Osmun told Dean they would see him at the next meeting on Thursday evening and with no other business the meeting was closed.
