This agreement came from ODOT. It’s their standard agreement when they engage in local-let municipal projects between themselves and other entities. The next item for council consideration is the AMP Circuit Rider Program. It’s a program we have participated in for the past two years. This program provides us with support, backup line workers and specialized testing. The enrollment fee is $800 per year. We have not needed to utilize this yet for backup line workers. However, last year we did used the Circuit Rider Program after the train issue for services like infra-red testing and system checks. We would like to continue this program in the event that the need should arise.
